Advanced Mopar dissassembly.
Why am I separating welds on a rusty damaged rocker panel, I don’t know anymore. That’s a specialty chisel, but its still taking apart cars with a chisel.
Then off to see this, a 64 Galaxie for a generator to alternator conversion, which I admittedly don’t know how to do but I’ll figure out. He’s a repeat customer, I got his Ranchero 95% working a few years ago. Couldn’t fix everything without a new harness but got turn signals and high beams and such working.

He’s got a real-deal 427 in the shop for it. Was a marine engine but still, a 427 in a genuinely rare item. Pretty sure ford 427s make 426 Hemis seem common.

Very very nice!
I'd been happy with a 289 or Windsor but ....

Yep, 427 side-oilers are pretty rare. The 427 top-oilers however were used in boats so there’s a bunch more of them floating around somewhere. (see what I did there?)
